  • I’m humbled by this happening. (Honestly!)
  • It makes me want to give more.
  • I feel an ongoing sense of responsibility to keep sharing the best information I know at any given time.

Firstly I would like to say thank you for sharing your questions and stories, because they push me to work harder on your behalf.

Becky wrote to me a couple of years ago to ask me to help her change her eating habits. She was struggling with mobility, as a result of having a bad back following spinal surgery and is registered as disabled. During a series of 1:1's we discussed every aspect of her health and lifestyle and put into place some new ideas.

Without weighing food or counting calories, Becky lost 3/4 stone in 5 weeks. She also experienced less bloating, a flatter tummy, more energy and enjoyed better mobility. She was also able to exercise gently on a trainer for up to 20 minutes a day, which was a HUGE improvement, after previously having virtually no mobility at all. This is what she had to say after our meetings:

"Sarah has taught me to eat more healthily. She took me off cans of coke. I haven't had a can in 6 weeks. I was drinking 9 a day. I thought she was going to die when I told her that! She took me took me off cokes and got me drinking water. I thought I would never do that, but I'm doing okay!

She added more veggies to my diet, less sugar and taught me to look at the ingredients before I buy. The rule is, if I don't understand an ingredient, don't buy it.
